Day 188

I'm replacing walking with biking....I can go later at night when it gets cooler and it only takes a fraction of the time to complete my 4km....and it gives me a hundred percent better workout! Went for the first time last night and I'm not sore today at all other than my butt because those bike seats are not very comfortable....might have to invest in a nice gel seat....

Only 3.8 pounds to go to get to my pre-Lily weight...lol...and only 10.4 lbs to get under 200 lbs!! YAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see 199 on the scale!!!!!! Maybe by the end of this month? Would be nice but I'm not holding my breath....but I can certainly strive for it....that's the plan anyway....the goal for theonth we'll say, even though there's only 3weeks left to do it....I'd have to lose approximately 3.3 lbs per week in order to do that...not saying it's impossible if I can go biking every day or at least 5 times in the week...and stick to my eating plan I've been on which is going very well! Hell if I even get close to that I'll be happy :)

OK...better run....got a lot of housework to do and it's already so hot I don't know if I can do it or not...really just want to sit in front of a fan for the rest of the day...
