Day 196

208 lbs

Soooooo I've been sick...but trying to eat as much as I can and drinking tons of water....haven't exercised since I don't know when....that first bike ride I had was the last real day of exercise....heat was a key factor...then family arriving and then this sickness....next week we're camping most of the week (Wed-Sat) so hopefully I get plenty of exercising in (swimming, hiking) and I'm going to try my best to stay true to my eating plan which won't be easy considering our normal camp food consists of hotdogs, hamburgers and marshmallows....lol This year I'm going to bring lots of healthy snacks that won't go bad right away....apples and bananas...granola bars....that sort of thing :) BUT I am allowing a full fat/calorie meal and I won't be counting ANYTHING that meal....Fundy Takeout has awesome food and I'm already craving my deep fried clams....yum! And we're hoping to get some lobster :) But if I balance everything else out it shouldn't be a problem...I have my fast food every once in awhile....last weekend was really bad though....pizza and McDonalds and alcohol, oh my! lol But I got to hang out with my old bestie so it was all good :)

I honestly didn't plan on updating today but it's too hot to do anything and I can't really lay down this time of day so I figured I'd at least update my weight...

Anyway.....until next time...can't guarantee when...
